Yeah, I'm a little goofy! That's OK. I went from being very sick with Multiple Sclerosis for many years to feeling healthier and more energetic than ever before. I now just want to talk to everyone about eating more veggies and cutting out those dietary bombs that could be sabotaging your health! Let's do it together!
